This is an absolutely fabulous antique gypsy starburst ring. It has a lovely solid tapered shank of buttery 18ct gold, and the gallery features a lovely, central sparkling old cut diamond, framed in a starburst setting.

This exceptional antique ring, which was made in Chester, remains in excellent condition and is fully hallmarked for 18ct Gold.  Its date mark is rubbed so i cannot see it, but i suspect it dates back to at least the early 1920s.  It is currently a small UK size J (US size 4 1/2) and it weighs 3.83g.  

This is a superb antique ring,  which would make a stunning sweetheart/enagement ring, or a perfect addition to your jewellery collection.
